Carefully balancing products’ scientific backing with a frictionless customer journey, the slick new site makes an instant impression: polished, premium and effortlessly navigable. Trust-building elements like UGC, reviews and testimonials are integrated throughout, while a sleek membership card system rewards loyal customers.
Shopify is seamlessly connected with LYMA’s warehouse management system (Bleckmann) via Patchworks for streamlined logistics, and an extended account area amps up the customer experience.
All wrapped in LYMA’s premium aesthetic, the new site is built to scale, ready to take LYMA’s global growth to the next level.
